Join Jessica Lynn Reiki Master Teacher, life coach, and sound practitioner at Soulsentials for a relaxing evening sound journey to connect with your soul on Tuesday Feb. 25th at 7pm. Jessica will be using 432 hz singing bowls, tuning forks, and steel tongue drum. These sound frequency instruments help the body relax into theta wave state and align the body to your own healing frequency for a feeling of tranquility and connection to your higher consciousness.
