Join Jessica Lynn on Tuesday Sept 2nd at 6:30pm for an energy balancing Sound Journey using crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. This Journey is designed to ease the nervous system and bring your body into its natural harmony of healing. Bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask and anything else for your comfort.
