Heart Chakra Sound Journey

Join Jessica Lynn for a sound journey focusing on the heart chakra. She will be using 432 quartz crystal singing bowls and a hand drum to help you connect to your heart and cleanse any heavy unwanted energy left over from the winter months. Looking into the signs spring is coming, planting new seeds for feeling and visualizing our manifestations for the upcoming year.

Please bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eyemask and anything else for optimal comfort while laying for 1 hour.
