Peaceful Sound Bath
Come get cozy and give yourself some time to simply rest. Jessica Lynn will be using quartz crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to create a deeply relaxing sound experience for the mind and body.
Sound can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, release tension, support deeper rest, and leave you feeling more grounded and balanced.
