Experience a rejuvenating healing hour of beautiful frequency tones created with crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls and gong while receiving reiki healing to help heal your body, mind and soul. Both modalities aid the body to unblock and clear negative energy for healing on a cellular level while bringing the body to ultimate relaxation. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask and any other comfort items for laying down for at least 1 hour. Door will be locked at 7 pm. Space is limited.
