Join me for a deeply restful evening of sound designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and step away from the constant stimulation of everyday life. During a sound bath, you’ll lie comfortably while being immersed in the vibrations and tones of crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. As the mind becomes quieter and the body begins to soften, sound can support the nervous system in shifting out of a heightened state and toward the conditions associated with deep relaxation.
