Samhain Ancestor Sound Journey

Join Jessica Lynn, Reiki Teacher, Trauma Informed Life Coach and Sound Practitioner for a Samhain Ancestor Sound Journey. Samhain is an ancient Celtic festival marking the thinning of the veil between the living and the spirit world, allowing communion with ancestors and guidance from the deceased. It's a time for honoring the dead, reflection on life's cycles, and seeking wisdom from the past to illuminate the path forward into the dark half of the year. Take this time to honor and connect to your ancestors, Jessica will lead you through a sound journey/meditation using quartz crystal singing bowls. Please bring yoga mat, blankets and pillows for ultimate comfort for laying down on the floor for 1 hour. Space is limited!
