Seeds of Compassion is a peer support community for caregivers and anyone navigating the journey of caring for others or themselves. Held by Kaley, a fellow caregiver who participates alongside everyone else, this group offers a soft place to land, connect, share experiences, and explore personal growth inspired by the Empowered Heart® Methodology. This is a peer support space, not therapy or counseling, and does not replace professional mental health care. It is rooted in compassion, mutual understanding, and respect for everyone’s boundaries and privacy, with no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. Come as you are, feel welcome, and remember that all you need to bring is yourself. Together, we can plant seeds of compassion and nurture growth, one connection at a time!
