Past: Wake up your inner child’s playfulness and creativity. Explore the past with playful poses balanced with restorative and reflective pauses.

Present: Build heat and strength in this powerful, yet grounded flow to come back to presence.

Future: Create centeredness and momentum to step into possibility. The Future flow focuses on consistency and curiosity.
