Codependency
It is my passion to bring as much knowledge to the loved ones of addicts. I offer a container of safety to unpack your role in your loved ones addiction and recovery. It can be very hard to let go and allow a person to find their own way to healing, setting boundaries and working on your own mental health is imperative to their recovery and your own. Learn to set goals for yourself and create plans for sticking to boundaries. Addiction is a family disease and all family members need recovery too!
